BIMbc Corporate Membership Program

BIMbc is a 100% volunteer-run, not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing digitization, collaboration, and innovation across the AEC industry in British Columbia. Our events bring together architects, engineers, contractors, trades, owners, developers, students, and technology providers in an open, neutral, and community-driven environment. 

To support the continued delivery of high-quality workshops, networking sessions, and industry initiatives, we are pleased to offer our Corporate Membership Program.

Why Become a Corporate Member?

Corporate Membership provides organizations with meaningful visibility, deeper involvement in industry conversations, and opportunities to directly engage with the BIMbc community. It also enables BIMbc to continue offering free or low-cost programming that benefits the broader AEC ecosystem in BC.

Event Access & Participation

• Early access to BIMbc private events, including workshops (every ~3 months) and trade shows (twice a year).

• Opportunities to host BIMbc events at your office or preferred venue.

• Speaking opportunities that arise organically through involvement in workshops, discussions, and panels.

Brand Visibility

• Logo placement on the BIMbc Partners page.

• Recognition in all official BIMbc presentation slides used at industry events.

• Banner or flag display at our monthly industry networking events.

• Acknowledgement in our monthly newsletter.

Trade Show Participation

• One complimentary exhibitor booth at each of BIMbc’s bi-annual trade shows.

Training & Education

• Discounted rates for BIMbc’s upcoming certified training programs (in development with UBC; planned twice per year).

Networking & Community Engagement

• Access to a highly diverse cross-section of AEC professionals—architects, engineers, general contractors, trades, owners, developers, and more.

• Participation in member-only working groups created organically through workshops and initiatives.

• Opportunities to contribute to industry efforts, such as open letters, best-practice development, and standards-related conversations.

How Corporate Recognition Works

• Website: logo listed on the Partners page.

• Presentation materials: logo displayed on all official BIMbc slide decks.

• Events: banner or flag display opportunities at monthly networking sessions.

• Newsletter: monthly acknowledgement.

• Social media: corporate members will be included once our channels launch in the new year.

Membership Terms

• Corporate Membership is annual, renewed once per year.

• Membership may be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial terms.

Billing & Payment

• Annual Corporate Membership fee: $2,500 CAD.

• No additional or hidden costs.

• Payment accepted via e-transfer or bank transfer (details provided on request) to 📧 membership@bimbc.com.
