About

Our mission is to:

• advance the digital transformation of British Columbia's built environment by promoting the widespread adoption and effective use of Building Information Management (BIM) and associated technologies to improve the lifecycle of buildings and infrastructure, from planning and design to construction and operation.

• advocate for the strategic use of digital construction practices to help address critical provincial needs, including housing affordability, healthcare capacity, and infrastructure resilience, by engaging with government, industry leaders, and academic institutions.

• foster a collaborative community of practice by providing a platform for professionals and stakeholders to network, exchange knowledge, and share best practices in digital construction and design.

• lead and support the development of industry-wide resources, including research, case studies, and standards that build digital capacity, drive innovation, and support the modernization of regulatory and permitting processes across the sector.
